How to configure my Basic mail in Outlook for Android?

1. Open the Outlook app and click on the cogwheel at the bottom left to go to settings
2. Click “Add e-mail account” > Choose “Add e-mail account” again in the screen at the bottom
3. Enter your e-mail address and continue
4. Under account type, choose “IMAP”
5. In the next screen, enter your details
   • IMAP hostname (incoming e-mail): imap.mailprotect.be
   • IMAP username: enter your email address
   • IMAP password: your chosen password
   • IMAP port: 993
   • SMTP host name (outgoing e-mail): smtp-auth.mailprotect.be
   • SMTP username: enter your e-mail address
   • SMTP password: your chosen password
   • SMTP port: 587

6. Tap on the checkmark in the top right corner of the screen.

7. Your Basic mail is ready.
